How long to boil eggs
Everyone must have seen what an egg is! Everyone knows what an egg is! Eggs don’t need an introduction. They are recognised by one and all. Eggs come from different sources. We must have seen the most common eggs too; Chicken eggs, bird’s eggs and a lot of other animal eggs. Birds sometimes create a nuisance by building nests in your veranda and laying eggs in them! But nevertheless they are egg laying species. Eggs form an important part of the diet. They are the main sources of proteins for many who consume them.

Snake eggs and turtle eggs are also consumed in different parts of the world. Other eggs such as the quail eggs and duck’s eggs are also cooked. The most common of the eggs are those of the chicken and they are bred in farms to obtain high quality eggs. The daily supply of eggs is increasing giving an upheaval to the poultry farming business.
Eggs in one or more ways are consumed daily. An egg dish for breakfast is fulfilling. For those who are too lazy to cook, or don’t find time early in the morning, eggs are considered the best option. It requires least amount of time and efforts to cook an egg dish. It might not even require a preparatory time! All you need to do is directly cook the eggs. Boiled eggs are one of the simplest dishes to cook which requires minimum efforts. Even if you feel too tired and hungry you can cook the egg in about 10 minutes and enjoy it.
The method to boil an egg is very simple. You either first boil water and then immerse the eggs in it or heat the water and eggs together. After this you boil it accordingly for a stipulated period of time ( that is as per how hard you want the egg boiled.) boil it for about 4-5 minutes if you want a soft boiled egg and to about 10 minutes for a fully hardboiled egg. After this you remove the eggs from water. Now place them under tap water and remove the shell carefully. This requires an effort and skill. You need to make sure you don’t break open the egg completely. After that you can add some spices like salt and pepper and your dish is ready to be served!
You could increase the visual appeal of the dish by including a few other garnishes like some vegetables. You can make the plate look a little attractive. Thus boiled eggs are really simple to cook and are a plus point for all those who run away from the kitchen!
